Rode Kool (Red Cabbage)

Red cabbage is a delicious vegetable that HAK prepares according to a special recipe. Red cabbage is a typical winter vegetable and very tasty with a piece of game or hachée (traditional Dutch stew), in traditional Dutch stamppot or even with pasta.
