Elotes Mexcian Lollipop

"Elote" is the Mexican word for the popular street food snack of plump corn on the cob, sprinkled with chili powder, and topped with lemon juice.

Please be aware - the nature of many Mexican candies is that they're 'messy', especially lollipops and true tamarind candy so it will often be gooey and the lollipop sticks covered in chili pepper.  It's the joy of a genuine product!
